Diversified welcomed the administrative professional community to Nashville September 13–16 for the 2026 Administrative Professionals Conference (APC) at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center.

Produced by the American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP), APC is one of the nation’s largest annual training and networking events dedicated to administrative professionals, executive assistants, office managers and chiefs of staff. For more than 30 years, the conference has helped professionals at every career stage build practical skills, advance their careers and connect with peers who share their experiences.

This year’s event brought together more than 2,000 attendees for four days of education, networking and professional development. More than 80 sessions led by 44 speakers explored topics shaping the profession, including artificial intelligence, risk mitigation, data visualization and strategic partnership.

APC 2026 also introduced several new experiences, including the first in-person Strategic Executive Assistant Certification (SEAC) course, which sold out. A refreshed ASAP Hub offered hands-on learning, expert consultations and career development opportunities. The new ASAP Arcade added a fun, interactive element, inviting attendees to complete challenges through the event’s mobile app, earn points and redeem them for branded merchandise.

APC will return September 12–15, 2027, at the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee, Florida.
