Employees can give back to their community by nominating non-profits to receive corporate contributions and holiday donations. All employees can participate in our annual Days of Caring community service efforts, and are supported with Volunteer Time through our Paid Time Off policies.

We help employees save for retirement by auto-enrolling them in a 401(k) plan with a 6% contribution, matching up to 4%, and an annual profit-sharing contribution based on performance.

Working in the Arts District of Portland is fun, but it would be a real headache without available parking. We want to give our employees a great start to their day, so we provide company-paid parking in a nearby garage to make things a bit easier.

Additionally, we offer hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident insurance. All available at reasonable group rates with premiums paid through payroll deduction. Easy!

After six months, employees receive a monthly contribution toward your student loans, starting at $50 and increasing to $100 after one year, with a lifetime cap of $10,000. Contributions are tax-free and help reduce your loan principal.
