Diversified Communications announced today the sale of HRM Asia to LRP Publications, Inc. and Human Resource Executive® Magazine.
Diversified Communications’ Corporate Vice President, Oakley Dyer stated, “These HR conferences and publications fit perfectly within LRP’s existing portfolio and the sale is part of our strategy to narrow our geographic focus, while still investing in new industries that complement our existing portfolio.”

HRM Asia’s Executive General Manager, Joanna Bush and staff will transition with the sale to continue to manage and produce the print magazine, digital content and events.
