Diversified is proud of our partnership with Clusivity and the progress we’ve made toward creating an inclusive workplace for everyone.
In 2023, our teams in the USA, UK & Europe, and Australia, along with Pri-Med, took an important step forward. We wanted more than good intentions around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion—we wanted measurable results. Working with Clusivity, we identified where inclusion was thriving and where more attention was needed, then put those insights into action. From inclusive leadership workshops to strategies for addressing microaggressions and building cultural intelligence, we’ve focused on meaningful, lasting change.
Two years later, the impact is clear: our Clusivity Index score rose from 78 to 84, we earned five Workplace for Everyone badges, and we’ve seen real gains in LGBTQ+ inclusion and career progression for employees with disabilities.
