Employer-Paid Health Coverage
We believe all employees should have access to affordable insurance benefits, so they don’t have to worry when a family member gets sick. Premiums for health care are calculated so that employees pay a reasonable premium according to what they make. We provide comprehensive health, dental, life and disability benefits to all full-time employees. Part-time employees are eligible for many of these benefits too. And anyone can access our Employee Assistance Program and other wellness resources and apps when they need help navigating a tough time in their life.
We offer lots of helpful voluntary benefits options that help employees round out their coverage. Things like affordable flexible spending accounts, vision insurance, pet insurance, and personal lines coverage for home and auto. Additionally, we offer hospital indemnity, critical illness, and accident insurance. All available at reasonable group rates with premiums paid through payroll deduction. Easy!

401(K) Retirement Savings Plan
Maybe Social Security will be there when we retire, but we’re not banking on it…instead, we’re helping employees save wisely for retirement by auto-enrolling employees in our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan at 6% of compensation, matching those funds up to 4% of comp, and providing an annual Profit-Sharing Contribution to employee accounts based on company performance. Employees can choose traditional or Roth deferrals.
Time Away from Work
Everybody needs time away from work to recharge their batteries or get better when they’re feeling sick. We offer a comprehensive Paid Time Off program that includes vacation time, twelve paid holidays – including additional paid time off when the office is closed from December 25 to through January 1 – bereavement leave, jury duty, flexible sick time, paid parental leave, and paid disability time. And sometimes when that first really warm spring day comes around, the office – or virtual office – might close early to allow employees some extra time to hit the beach!
Employee Recognition & Rewards Program
We love looking for ways to recognize our employees, whether it’s a quick ‘shout out’ at a team meeting, a SPOT or STAR Award for stellar performance, teamwork, living our values, embodying leadership qualities or just plain being there to help each other out in a pinch.
Our Employee Activity Committee puts the FUN in “functions” that include semi-annual company-wide celebrations, seasonal social events such as “back to school,” Opening Day, and Super Bowl parties, and scavenger hunts. We get to wear jeans to work, bring our dogs in on Fridays, and the ice cream truck has been known to make a visit on a hot July day in the summer!

Company Paid Parking
Working in the Arts District of Portland is fun, but it would be a real headache without available parking. We want to give our employees a great start to their day, so we provide company-paid parking in a nearby garage to make things a bit easier.
Flexible Work Arrangements
One schedule size does not fit all…and we recognize the benefit of providing employees with the flexibility and support to balance work and demands in their personal life. Many employees work our hybrid schedule (2 days in office, 3 days from home), some work a fully remote schedule from their home office, and some prefer to come to the office each day.
Two of our core values are Caring and Community, and our employees take advantage of many opportunities to do service work and give back to their communities. Employees can nominate non-profits to receive corporate contributions and holiday donations, participate in our annual Days of Caring community service efforts, and are supported with Volunteer Time through our Paid Time Off policies.
