Last week, Diversified employees proudly participated in the Portland Pride Parade, joining thousands in a vibrant celebration of love, diversity, and inclusion. Our team marched together, demonstrating our commitment to fostering a workplace that values every individual, regardless of their identity.

This event was a fantastic opportunity for us to show support for the LGBTQ+ community and stand united as allies. Whether identifying as LGBTQ+ or as allies, our employees came together to make a meaningful impact, embodying the spirit of inclusion that defines our organization.

We embraced the joyous atmosphere, donning colorful outfits and radiating positive energy throughout the parade. The experience not only reinforced our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) but also highlighted the importance of community engagement and support.
