Corporate Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Executive Assistant who will thrive on working for senior members of our Corporate Executive team.  This important role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, operate independently and provide comprehensive support with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.


  • Supports the CEO and Corporate VP team with administrative support in meeting scheduling and planning, document management, expense reports, and correspondence.
  • Coordinates numerous large internal company events, including semi-monthly meetings with the Board of Directors and meeting weeks with International Division Heads.
  • Provides project management/administrative support to Corporate Teams as needed on companywide initiatives (Finance/Accounting, HR/ESG, Corporate Development).
  • Administers the Corporate Contributions program, tracking contributions and managing communications for donations.


  • Five years’ experience as an executive administrative assistant, including experience with project management and event planning
  • Tech-savvy, strong project/task management skills, and solid customer service background.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong skills in Excel and Powerpoint required
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to think and react quickly. Skilled at anticipating executive business demands and busy schedules.
  • Hard working self-starter who takes satisfaction in being productive.
  • Strong ability to take direction and follow through on tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
