Diversified has acquired both The Accounts Payable Network (TAPN) and The Accounts Receivable Network (TARN) from Financial Operations Network LLC, strategically building upon an investment made earlier this year, the acquisition of the Institute of Finance and Management (IOFM).
Under the leadership of its Group Vice President, Bill Springer and Executive Director, RD Whitney, Diversified will operate these products from its division located in Portland, ME, forming the largest organization for financial operations professionals.

This merger transforms IOFM into the leading organization with specific training and certification programs for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Professionals and Controllers, now with online repositories of mission-critical accounts payable/receivable research, technology analysis, applications evaluations and best practices.
